Who are we and what do we do?
bMindful Psychology provide high quality therapeutic services for children and young people up to the age of 25 years.
We support children's and young people's mental health by offering self-help support via our useful resources and blog areas as well as private therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling and young people's therapy which are offered face-to-face or online. Our friendly team of highly specialised and qualified clinicians have worked in the child and adolescent mental health sector for many years and will work with you to agree the best approach to support your child and your family.
We will identify the best support available to you, delivered by the most appropriate member of our team including Clinical, Forensic and Educational Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Creative Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists or Speech and Language Therapists.
All our clinicians are registered with the relevant professional bodies for their role, which include the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). bMindful Psychology is also an organisational member of the BACP.
